Welcome to Atuvava!

Atuvava Bakery is a small family-owned and operated gluten-free bakery in Minneapolis, MN. We do small-batch baking and make an effort to use fair-trade, sustainably sourced ingredients to create classic rustic breads and other delicious baked goods. Run by celiacs, our kitchen is dedicated gluten-free and celiac-safe. But Atuvava is for everyone, gluten-free or not!

We do our very best to keep this website up to date, but we do not use it for day-to-day announcements. To truly stay up to date on what we’re up to, keep an eye on our Instagram or Facebook!

 
 

Atuvava will be closed Wednesday, July 15th through Saturday, July 18th.

The weather forecast shows temperatures in the high 90s next week. With our ovens on, our A/C can’t keep up and temps in the kitchen would soar over 100 degrees— that is both too hot to successfully make our amazing bread and pastry and miserable for kitchen staff.

So, we are taking a break and will be back Wednesday, July 22nd! Our apologies for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
