Atuvava Bakery is a small, family-owned and operated gluten-free bakery in Minneapolis, MN. We do small-batch baking and use fair-trade, sustainably sourced ingredients to create classic rustic breads and other delicious baked goods. Run by celiacs, our kitchen is dedicated gluten-free and celiac-safe. But Atuvava is for everyone, gluten-free or not!
